Email our privacy contact to stop beta emails, optional news or both and request deletion of your entry. Product news also includes an unsubscribe link.
Existing test account
If your installed test version offers account deletion, use that feature first. Alternatively, request deletion by email. Uninstalling the app removes it locally but does not necessarily delete a server-side account.

Write from the affected address to [email protected]. State only whether you want waitlist data, a test account or both deleted.

Never share a password, sign-in code, full card number, security code, medical records or unrelated private messages. Support will acknowledge your request and explain if a minimal amount of data must be retained for an open security matter or a legal obligation.
