Terms for the worldwide waitlist.
These terms cover registration, email confirmation and possible beta invitations only — not a future paid product feature.
1. Offer
The waitlist records worldwide interest in Lumi. Germany will launch first; availability and launch dates for other countries are not promised. A confirmed entry is free and does not entitle you to an invitation, a particular launch date or a specific set of features.
2. Requirements
You may join regardless of where you live if you are at least 18. Provide an email address you are entitled to access, your country or region of residence and your choice of iOS or Android. Signing up does not itself qualify you for a regionally restricted beta.
3. Double opt-in
Your entry becomes active only after you open the link in the confirmation email. Brevo sends that email and manages the confirmed waitlist. See the privacy notice for information about processing and retention.
4. Separate messages
Waitlist messages about availability in your country, possible beta invitations and essential participation information are covered by one consent; optional product news by a separate consent. Product news is not required for a beta invitation.
5. No payment
Joining the waitlist is free. We do not collect card or payment details. Registration does not activate a financial obligation or replace later explicit agreement to a different product offer.
6. Beta status
A test version may be incomplete, change or be unavailable on certain devices. An invitation will state the scope of the test. Lumi is not a medical device and promises no health benefits.
7. Unsubscribing
You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Optional emails include an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us about privacy to have your waitlist entry removed completely.
8. Changes
Material changes to purposes, data use or message types will not silently be applied to existing consent. Where necessary, we will ask for consent again.
