Lumi offers support, not complete surveillance. Technical limits and emergencies must be handled visibly and safely at every stage.
Emergency access
A future active pledge must be able to end through a separate emergency route without a new charge.
Review an outcome
Any possible financial decision needs a clear explanation, a contact route and a verifiable status.
No conclusions about attention or sleep
An app can detect technical activity on a configured device. It cannot determine whether you are looking at a screen, why an app is visible or whether you are asleep. Background activity, notifications and system interfaces must not be presented as deliberate choices.
The waitlist is separate
Joining the waitlist creates no evening plan, monitoring or payment. Only the details described in the form are collected.
